Heath is a corporate attorney and business advisor. He has more than 20 years of experience working with large corporations in industries such as software technology, semiconductor, biomedical and agriculture. Heath has also worked with many small and mid-size businesses in a variety of industries.
Heath grew up in Missoula, Montana and then went on to attend undergraduate college at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. There, he learned a strong work ethic, an appreciation for family and a love of the outdoors. He and his family moved to Colorado in 2009 and he now spends his free time enjoying the Colorado outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Margaret and their three wonderful children.
Before becoming an attorney, Heath worked in a number of positions such as engineer, sales manager, project manager, quality engineer, VP of Operations, and CFO. He’s helped launch three startup companies and has owned two businesses of his own. As a result, he has an in-depth understanding of not only the legal issues faced by all types of businesses, but how the resolution of those legal issues must fit within the overall business goals of the client.
Heath has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University as well as a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School (Cum Laude).
