Bob McCool – President/CEO
After developing some of the earliest Local Area Network systems while with Johns Manville in the mid-1980s, Bob transitioned from purchasing to an IT career. He moved from Georgia to Colorado in 1994 and worked as a Computer Support Specialist for the City of Boulder, developing and implementing IT solutions for many challenges facing the city.
Bob co-founded Ariel Design Group in 1996. He merged the company with Marshall Information Service in 2006, and along with that company’s founder, Cam Marshall, deliberately shifted the company from the prevalent “break-fix” IT support model to a managed IT services provider (MSP), one of the first in the area. As CEO of arielMIS, Bob personally handles many of the challenging escalated issues, especially those related to security, system integration and Cloud solutions.
Bob and his wife Daryl (owner of d.a.m. Cool Graphics) live in Superior, Colorado with their son. In his spare time, Bob stays active with his son’s sports and enjoys golf, snowboarding and mountain biking.
Cam Marshall – Chief Operating Officer
Cam is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts. While attending UMass he was one of the first IBM PC Consultants on the Boston campus (supporting faculty and students) and assisted in setting up the first PC LAN (Local Area Network). He has been doing custom software development since the mid-1980’s. After partnering on projects for many years, in 2006 Cam merged his software company, Marshall Information Service, with Bob McCool’s IT company, Ariel Design Group, to form arielMIS. Cam continues to focus on custom software development with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server and .Net applications. He’s also the company’s primary resource for virtualization projects and large hardware installation projects that use centralized data storage.
As a co-owner of arielMIS, Cam also works closely with Bob to guide the company and plan for its continued evolution to match developments in IT services and products.
Andy Bosio – Systems Engineer
Andy joined arielMIS in 2012 and serves primarily as a systems engineer – deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware (including switches, firewalls, and wireless access devices) as well as related software and applications. He oversees the company’s Help Desk and frequently supports clients with individual work station issues. Prior to coming to arielMIS, Andy worked for Avaya Telecom in their NOC, monitoring systems for the company’s larger clients.
Andy’s hobbies include optimizing the technology in his home, gaming, movies and most important, family activities.
Joe Abrams – Helpdesk Engineer
Joe joined arielMIS in 2018 and serves primarily as a helpdesk engineer – working closely with Andy Bosio, supporting clients and their individual workstation issues.
Joe has over 21 years in IT support. Prior to coming to arielMIS, he worked for NAS Insurance Services in California, for over 11 years. He took care of everything from onboarding new employees to desktop support, from building servers to configuring switches, firewalls and wireless access devices.
Joe and his family moved to Colorado in 2018. He lives in Broomfield with his wife and two children. Some of Joe’s passions include movies, music, his children’s sports activities and spending time with his family.
